First off they were very kind and Personal.You can tell they care about your special needs.In my case I have traumatic brain injury, and have been dealing with cancer for many years. They were so nice about letting my husband help me answer the questions to get through the test if I didn’t understand something. So thank you for all your hard work and we are very grateful .

I came to your location for an MRI of my brain (with and without contrast). I have had several since I had a meningioma brain tumor which was removed on July 3rd of this year. Plus I have had others due to injuries in the past. I have NEVER had the issue I had at your location. The tech blew out my vain in my right arm and then did the exact same thing in my left. I have never had any vain be blown out let alone two in one visit. I will never use the Blue Diamond location again. The Sienna Hights location will always be my preferred choice.

The staff at The Lindell location was quick and efficient. I am claustrophobic and they offer sedation for that if needed. Being in an MRI machine is scary enough and thank God for the panic button they give you.

I would have given a five but it was very uncomfortable experience when I had my DEXA scan with someone named m a d d e e p she needs some lessons in customer service and how to make someone feel comfortable Maria and mammogram was wonderful

My experience with Steinberg Diagnostics and Medical Imaging has always been very positive with great customer service and knowledgeable techs that run the MRI and Ultra Sound machines. I would highly recommend this company.

I waited over 2 months for my mammogram appointment. The lady that performed it was nice but she was very rough and I never in all my years of having them done experienced such pain. My doctor said she didn’t get the reading correctly so I have to redo it. I’ve been getting it done every year at Desert Radiology for 10 yrs. and I’ve never had a problem nor pain. When I called SDMI they said it will be 2 months for another appointment. They screwed up but I gotta wait again and miss work. The supervisor was extremely rude and he has zero customer service skills! I wish I could go back to Desert Radiology where they’re highly skilled, professional and polite but they no longer accept my insurance.
